On behalf of Chairman Mr. Luis Oliva Sr., the Board of Governors, and the faculty and staff of St. Ignatius High School and SIHS Adult Education, we proudly congratulate our Principal, Ms. Jeaneane Vanessa Neal, on her election as the new Chair of the Belize Association of Principals of Secondary Schools (BAPSS).

The Belize Association of Principals of Secondary Schools (BAPSS) elected its new executive committee on September 25, 2025. We are delighted that our very own Ms. Neal, affectionately known across educational circles as Ms. Vanessa, will lead this national body, working alongside a dynamic team of experienced school administrators committed to advancing secondary education in Belize.

Ms. Neal’s leadership at St. Ignatius High School and SIHS Adult Education is marked by excellence, empathy, and a steadfast dedication to students and teachers alike. Her vision for collaborative leadership and academic rigor continues to uplift our community and inspire the next generation of Belizean leaders.
