“Becoming Your Best Self: The Power of Growth.”
On March 21, 2025, St. Ignatius High School proudly hosted the Boys to Men/Girls to Women Annual Conference, a transformative event dedicated to the theme “Becoming Your Best Self: The Power of Growth.” This conference took place simultaneously at two venues: the Boys’ conference at the St. Ignatius High School Multipurpose Shed and the Girls’ conference at the Octavia Waight Conference Hall.
The day was structured to inspire and empower our young students with various activities to foster personal growth and leadership. The conference began at 8:00 AM with a gathering and respective prayers, led by Mr. Mark Tesecum for the boys and Mrs. Yolanda Banner for the girls, setting a reflective tone for the day.

“Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together.” – James Cash Penney.
